For best results, MOD recommends doing the following after your signature airbrush tan.

  •    Do not shower for at least 8 - 10 hours after your appointment. When you take your first shower, you will notice the initial bronzer coming off. This is normal and will not effect your results.

  •    Do not scrub when in the shower, and pat dry with a towel. Avoid taking long hot showers and baths for this will shorten the life of your tan.

  •    Do not engage in any vigorous activity, and try to avoid perspiring before you have showered. After showering it is okay to return to your daily routine.

  •    Avoid pools and hot tubs. The chlorine will eat away the tanning solution.

  •    Protect your skin from the harsh Texas sun with an oil-free sunscreen.

Our mission is to support a healthy MOD-ern  lifestyle. In the past we had to layout in the sun for hours damaging our skin beyond repair to get a summer glow. With advancing research on DHA and the latest technology we no longer have to do that. We will provide a customized airbrush tan for your skin type and personal preference. Guilt Free, Healthy Skin is what we strive for at MOD Airbrush Tanning.

Exfoliate before each session to remove dry, flaky skin that will prevent the absorption of the DHA solution. We recommend exfoliating 12 - 18 hours prior to your appointment with an oil-free scrub. Shave the day of your appointment. Please refrain from applying any oils, make-up, perfume or deodorant prior to your tanning session. This allows for Sjolie to absorb into the skin. Applying sunless tanning solution to dry, flaky skin causes the tan to look uneven, blotchy and will shorten the life of your tan. Avoid using in-shower moisturizers, pH shower products, bar soaps or petroleum products. These types of products can cause a reaction with the DHA turning you "orange."
